Uterine fibroids are due to high estrogen because the age of onset of fibroids is in women of childbearing age. In women of childbearing age, the estrogen level is one of the most productive periods for women. However, fibroids are more likely to occur in women of childbearing age, and the second is after menopause, when the size of fibroids becomes smaller, or only less frequent in menopausal women, and then progesterone antagonists can play a role in reducing fibroids. Therefore, it can be considered that there is a relationship between fibroids and the occurrence of hormone levels, and the clinical studies that we have done show that the expression of the receptor is higher in fibroids than in normal uterine tissue. Estrogen mainly binds to the receptor in order to take effect, so the increased expression of the receptor on the tumor and the combination of hormone levels in the body will induce fibroids.
