Cirrhosis interventional surgery is a therapeutic method for the complications caused by cirrhosis, such as portal hypertension, to achieve the therapeutic purpose through interventional operation under the guidance of imaging equipment. Cirrhosis is based on extensive necrosis of liver cells, resulting in diffuse proliferation of liver fibrous tissue, formation of nodules, pseudo lobar, which in turn destroys the normal structure and blood supply of the liver, leading to increased portal vein pressure, esophagogastric fundus varices, and complications such as splenomegaly and ascites. Interventional therapy is to establish a channel between portal vein and hepatic vein of the liver, and use catheter stent to make portal vein blood flow into hepatic vein, so as to make the pressure of portal vein drop significantly and reduce the pressure of esophagogastric fundus vein, which is more effective in treating gastrointestinal hemorrhage and ascites caused by portal hypertension. Cirrhosis interventional surgery does not change the development of cirrhosis, specific treatment is recommended to follow the doctor’s advice.
