Breast nodules that present as calcifications are relatively serious because the possibility of malignancy is very high. Mammography is highly suspicious of malignant breast tumors if more than 15 calcified spots per square centimeter are found, while for malignant breast tumors, they can also present as irregular masses in the breast gland with obvious changes of burr sign, lobar sign, irregular margins, and clusters of scattered gravel-like calcifications. It should be prepared with the option of surgical treatment with cryopathology and, if necessary, radical excision. Breast nodules are very common, mostly benign nodules, but some patients may develop malignant changes, which have a family genetic predisposition and are related to the individual’s constitution and influenced by changes in hormone levels in the body. For malignant nodules, early diagnosis should be followed by timely treatment, as malignant lesions are also prone to metastasis.
