Large amounts of this product may cause adverse reactions such as dizziness and vomiting. This product is forbidden for those with blood stasis and blood deficiency.
3. Patchouli: It is a kind of dampness-eliminating medicine, slightly warm in nature, pungent in taste, and belongs to the spleen, stomach and lung meridians. Its main effects include aromatizing dampness, harmonizing the stomach, stopping vomiting, and relieving heatstroke. Its indications include dampness obstructing the middle jiao (dampness obstructing the functions of the spleen and stomach), vomiting, summer dampness, and the first signs of dampness and warmth. This product is contraindicated in cases of Yin deficiency and fire-heat.
