Mycoplasma genitalium is mainly a recessive infection, the clinical symptoms of mycoplasma infection are relatively insidious, often with mild symptoms or similar to the general symptoms of infection, which can easily lead to the neglect of patients, doctors or misdiagnosis, mistreatment, resulting in the prolongation of the disease, aggravation. More than 70% of women with mycoplasma infection have no obvious symptoms, while men often have clinical symptoms such as urethral discomfort and thin discharge. In view of these clinical features, we suggest that clinical examination of mycoplasma infection should be given high priority, and routine examination of suspected patients is very necessary. Only early diagnosis can lead to early treatment. We recommend that the following groups of people need timely mycoplasma examination: 1, pre-conception eugenics examination, mycoplasma should be a mandatory item. 2, couples with a history of adverse pregnancy and childbirth (fetal abortion, habitual miscarriage, stillbirth, premature birth). 3.Patients with long-term abnormal vaginal discharge, occasional itching of vulva, occasional vague pain or tingling or cramping in the abdomen. 4.Women with mucus or purulent discharge from the mouth of the cervical canal, cervical hypertrophy, or cervical erosion. 5.Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed by internal gynecological examination (complaining of no pelvic inflammatory disease symptoms in general) or patients with pelvic inflammatory disease that has not been cured by general antibacterial agents for a long time. 6.Patients with infertility who visited the clinic because of problems with the fallopian tubes. 7.Compulsory investigation before pelvic operation for infertility patients. 8.Patients with a history of urinary urgency, frequency and painful urination. 9.Spouses of those with mycoplasma infection.
