1. Histopathology can be seen in dermal cysts, cyst wall has several layers of squamous epithelium and flat sebaceous leaflets composed of sebum in the cavity, there can also be hair and cui hair.
2. Lipoma: it is a common soft tissue benign tumor, it is the tumor of normal fat-like tissue, mostly occurring in limbs and trunk, the cause of the disease may be related to genetic and lipid metabolism abnormalities, etc. The tumor is small in size, usually painless, with clear boundary and soft and elastic texture.
