The use of drugs should follow the doctor’s instructions.

3. Other treatments.
(1) Fasting and drinking: liquid and solid food are prohibited.
(2) Manipulation reset: but generally controlled within 3~4 hours after incarceration, it can avoid necrosis of the intestinal tube, but cannot solve the most fundamental structural problem of hernia occurrence. The purpose of abdominal band or girdle compression is to prevent the hernia contents from protruding again, which is suitable for infants and young children under 1 year old or old and frail patients who do not tolerate surgery or patients who refuse surgery.
Please seek medical attention as soon as a hernia is detected.
