What’s wrong with waking up early in the morning with a nosebleed?

Early morning nosebleeds are usually associated with dry rhinitis, nasal blood vessel abnormalities, blood disorders and other diseases.
1. Dry rhinitis: when the glands in the nasal cavity cannot normally secrete body fluids, it will cause the local tissues to be too dry, and it is easy to be triggered by the action of undesirable physicochemical factors and inflammatory factors in the early morning.
2. Abnormal nasal blood vessels: If the blood vessels in the nasal cavity are too tortuous and dilated, and the surface mucous membrane is thin, in the early morning under the stimulation of alternating hot and cold air, the nasal cavity will bleed inadvertently.
3. Blood diseases: if there are hemophilia, leukemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenia and other conditions, the coagulation system will have problems, resulting in capillary bleeding easily. The front of the nasal cavity has more capillaries under the mucous membrane, in the early morning when you get up to wash, can be due to mucous membrane cracking or mechanical collision and nosebleed.
If you have frequent episodes of nosebleeds early in the morning or if you can’t stop them, you should actively consult a doctor, complete the relevant examinations, and follow the doctor’s instructions for standardized treatment after a clear diagnosis.
