Can bowel cancer be detected by bowel sounds and burping and farting?

Bowel cancer is generally a little more common in colorectal cancer, and the symptoms that may be manifested include heavy bowel sounds, diarrhea or constipation. If the bowel sounds are heavy or there is a lot of ventilation, it is important to do colonoscopy to detect malignant tumors in the colon or rectum. Some patients have symptoms of hiccups, if this situation also excludes stomach and small intestine tumors, gastroscopy can be done. Bowel cancer includes small intestine cancer and large intestine cancer. Generally, small intestine cancer is less common, but there may be some common symptoms of gastrointestinal tract, such as hiccups, nausea, vomiting and so on. Colorectal cancer may have blood in stool, diarrhea, increased bowel sounds or more farting. This situation suggests that endoscopy must be done and then further pathology should be taken to determine that the effect of surgery in early stage of intestinal cancer is still better.
