How can a man get a better erection?

Sleep and sex are closely related. A recent study published in the American Journal of Health found that poor sleep quality in men can affect erections, and that getting a full 6-8 hours of sleep each night can reduce the chances of men suffering from erectile dysfunction. Sleep experts at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine monitored volunteers’ sleep and nocturnal erections. The results found that nighttime sleep patterns were divided into two types, one for deep sleep, lasting about 1.5 hours, and one for light sleep, lasting about 30 minutes, with the two patterns combined being a sleep cycle lasting 2 hours. During light sleep, men will have an erection. Usually the whole night sleep takes 4 cycles to repeat and the male will also have 4 unconscious erections. This allows the penis to be well rested and the hormones in the body to be regulated regularly. If you stay up late at night or sleep irregularly, this sleep pattern will be affected, resulting in no erections at night and early morning, which may also cause erectile dysfunction in the long run. Previous studies have also found that sleep-deprived men have less sex and lower sex drive. Researchers say that the better the quality of sleep, the more satisfying sex will be for both men and women. Getting 6-8 hours of sleep a day is the best recipe for maintaining sexual performance and stamina.
