How to read early pregnancy

Early pregnancy test paper is one of the common tools for women of childbearing age to test whether they are pregnant, as a reference to detect pregnancy, there can be three results, including negative, weakly positive and positive. 1. negative: only one purple line (control line) appears, indicating that the HCG content in urine is low and no pregnancy; 2. weakly positive: two purple lines appear, the upper line (control line) is significantly darker than the lower line (test line), indicating that the HCG in urine is present, but the HCG content is low, indicating a high possibility of pregnancy; 3. The presence of HCG in the urine, but the content of HCG is low, suggesting a high possibility of pregnancy, but of course, it may be an error due to improper testing, and can be tested again with morning urine after 3 days; 3. Positive: the presence of two purple-red lines with clear color indicates pregnancy, and it is recommended to go to the hospital for blood HCG testing and ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis. It should be noted that a positive early pregnancy test paper does not mean 100% pregnancy, because the test results may be inaccurate due to the moisture of the test paper and the quality of the product, so don’t rely on just one early pregnancy test paper self-test to determine whether you are pregnant. If the test paper is positive, you should go to the hospital for a comprehensive examination, especially an ultrasound examination to determine whether the pregnancy is intrauterine or ectopic.
