Rupture of hemangioma may lead to bleeding and bruising around the hemangioma, or compression of surrounding tissues and organs, causing abdominal pain, dizziness, coma and other corresponding manifestations, as follows: 1. Body surface: for example, rupture and bleeding of hemangioma under the skin may cause bruising of the skin, and the patient may experience pain. In combination with infection, redness, swelling and tenderness may occur, and the patient may feel feverish. 2. Internal organs: rupture and bleeding of abdominal aortic aneurysm may cause acute abdominal pain and intestinal ischemia, requiring emergency surgery. Splenic aneurysm or superior mesenteric artery hemorrhage may cause ischemia in the corresponding organs, which may also lead to abdominal pain and intra-abdominal hemorrhage; 3. Brain: brain hemorrhage symptoms, such as dizziness, headache, and even coma, can be seen after hemangioma rupture.
