You can try to treat yourself first.
This is done by lifting one arm up and slowly stretching it to the opposite side. After stretching to the limit, take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds. Alternatively, ask one person to hold the patient’s arm at the armpit with their small arm and lift it upwards, while the second person grabs the patient’s wrist with their hand and stretches it downwards, repeatedly lifting and stretching it 3 to 6 times.
If you cannot get relief after self-treatment, go to the hospital surgery as soon as possible.
