It is used for anemia caused by chronic renal failure, myelodysplastic syndrome, etc., including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and non-dialysis treatment. This product should be used in two stages, the first stage is administered by subcutaneous injection, and the second stage is administered by intravenous injection. 1. subcutaneous injection: the starting dose is 20 IU/kg 3 times per week. if hemoglobin elevation is unsatisfactory (<0.25 g/dL per week), the dose may be increased to 20 IU/kg 3 times per week every 4 weeks. the weekly dose may be divided into daily doses. 2. Intravenous: Start with 20 IU/kg 3 times per week; after 4 weeks, the dose may be increased to 80 IU/kg 3 times per week. The dose can be adjusted according to the specific situation, for example, it can be increased by 20IU/kg 3 times a week. Adverse drug reactions include diarrhea, rash, etc. Contraindications are true erythrocytosis and hypersensitivity to the product.
