Is it necessary to repeat the EKG, EKG ultrasound, and ambulatory electrocardiogram?

Cardiac ultrasound should mean cardiac ultrasound. In general, there is no need to repeat ECG, cardiac color ultrasound and dynamic ECG. If the ECG is abnormal or the symptoms change, it is necessary to repeat the review.
1. Electrocardiogram is one of the commonly used tests in clinic, which is simple to operate and widely used in clinic for initial screening of heart diseases. When the ECG is abnormal, the ECG can be repeated. When the clinical symptoms change dynamically, such as sudden panic, chest tightness, chest pain, etc., the ECG can be reviewed. When it is normal, it may not be necessary to review it for the time being.
2. Cardiac ultrasound, also known as echocardiography, can detect organic cardiac lesions, assess the cardiac ejection fraction, the presence or absence of organic cardiac lesions, such as pericardial effusion, cardiac valvulopathy and so on. If the condition changes dynamically, the echocardiogram can be reviewed to assess the ejection fraction and other cardiac functions.
3. A commonly used ambulatory electrocardiogram is the 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram (ECG), which captures abnormal electrical activity of the heart over a 24-hour period.
When ECG is abnormal, such as considering episodic premature ventricular contractions, episodic premature atrial contractions, paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, etc., the 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram is perfected, and the number of abnormal cardiac activities is obvious to assess the condition and guide the treatment. Usually there is no need to repeat the review in the short term.
Electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound, dynamic electrocardiogram in general, there is no need to repeat the examination, in special circumstances, can be repeated examination, clear diagnosis, it is recommended that timely medical treatment, standardized treatment.
