Infiltrative TB requires early treatment with TB chemotherapy.
For infiltrative tuberculosis to initiate drug treatment program, attention should be paid to early, regular, appropriate amount, combined, the whole process, generally need to follow the doctor’s instructions to give rifampicin, isoniazid, pyrazinamide, ethambutol and other anti-tuberculosis drugs. For patients with drug resistance, second-line sensitizing drugs such as kanamycin and fluoroquinolones are available.
Anti-tuberculosis treatment is divided into intensive and consolidation phase of treatment, and the general duration of treatment is about 6~9 months. Liver function and blood routine should be rechecked regularly for normalization during the medication period, and the most common side effect of the drugs in the clinic is the impairment of liver function.
Patients with infiltrative tuberculosis are recommended to consult the infectious diseases department of regular hospitals and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
