The symptoms of aseptic femoral head necrosis are as follows: 1. Pain in the hip and proximal femur. Because the lesion is in the hip, the pain is mainly in the proximal hip and can radiate to the knee joint, so some patients will have knee pain; 2. Limp will appear if the disease continues to develop, mainly because the femoral head is deformed and the femoral head does not match the hip, so limp will appear; 3. Restricted movement of the hip joint appears. When femoral head necrosis occurs, the local joint capsule and surrounding soft tissues, including muscles, will contract, and when the disease progresses further, the movement of the hip will be limited, mainly due to muscle abduction and internal rotation disorders.
