Do eye exercises regularly. Proper eye exercises can eliminate fatigue, enhance eye blood circulation, relax eye muscles, and have a positive effect on the prevention and treatment of myopia. We should pay attention to exercise and strengthen the body. Develop good living habits and ensure sufficient sleep. In order to ensure the normal development of the eye, we should have a reasonable diet and balanced nutrition. Eat less candy and high-sugar foods, and eat more vitamin-rich fresh vegetables, fruits, animal liver, and high-protein fish, meat, milk, etc.
