In addition to the kidney deficiency type, there are still four types of evidence: spleen and kidney deficiency, blood heat, qi and blood deficiency, blood stasis. Spleen and kidney deficiency is characterized by loose stools, poor appetite, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, coldness in the extremities, pale color and thin coating with teeth marks on the edges, and sunken and slippery pulse. Treatment can be done by adding and subtracting An Dien Er Tian Tang. An Dien Er Tian Tang is from “Fu Qing Zhuang Women’s Medicine”. Bao Yin Decoction is very effective in treating blood-heat type fetal movement or fetal leakage, but there is another herb Dendrobium which is also an excellent choice to nourish yin fluids. Dendrobium is a plant of the orchid family. Dendrobium polysaccharides, dendrobine and total amino acids have the therapeutic effects of improving human immunity, enhancing memory, nourishing the deficiency of the five organs, anti-aging, inhibiting tumors, improving the symptoms of diabetes and anti-hypoxia. Therefore, in recent years, it has been advertised as more and more magical and expensive. Dendrobium can indeed nourish yin and clear heat, produce fluid and quench thirst, with the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney yin deficiency of the five organs are complementary, both complementary and clear, complementary but not greasy, clear but not hurt the stomach characteristics, compared to the iron skin maple dou, we prefer fresh dendrobium. For blood stasis, there are two kinds: stasis caused by bruises and puff injuries and accumulation of Y scabs. The blood stagnation is caused by the stagnation of Qi and blood in the uterus, and the uterus is not well nourished. In the treatment, Gui Zhi Fu Ling Wan is often added to Shou Fetal Pill or Tai Shan Pan Shi San or An Dien Er Tian Tang. It is recorded in “The Golden Killing” that it has the effect of treating “persistent Y disease, Y chronic harm to the fetus after conception, and more than one leakage”. The formula mainly uses Gui Zhi and Fu Ling to warm the Yang and open the veins, to cut down the evil and calm the fetus, and Dan Pi and Tao Ren to invigorate the blood and remove blood stasis. The combination of all the drugs has the effect of invigorating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis, eliminating Y and calming the fetus. In addition, I would like to dwell on Atractylodes Macrocephala and Scutellaria Baicalensis. Atractylodes Macrocephala and Scutellaria Baicalensis have been known as the sacred herbs to calm the fetus, so they are found in many fetus prevention prescriptions. In addition, there are two types of Atractylodes: raw Atractylodes and fried Atractylodes. Fried Atractylodes can strengthen the spleen and benefit Qi to calm the fetus; raw Atractylodes can also have laxative effect when applied in large doses. Therefore, it can be applied flexibly in clinical applications. Scutellaria baicalensis is cold in nature and can clear heat and fire to calm the fetus, which is very effective for fetal restlessness and fetal leakage. But clinically there are still some patients who are afraid of cold and cold limbs and other Yang deficiency physique, then there is the possibility of aggravating the cold injury Yang. There was a famous gynecologist in the Qing Dynasty, whose wife was pregnant and immediately took herbal medicine to protect the fetus, but the result was repeated pregnancy and abortion. Once, when he was away on a trip, his wife found out that she was pregnant again, so he had to ask another doctor to keep the fetus alive, but the whole pregnancy went smoothly and he finally got a son. The famous doctor was very happy and depressed at the same time. He was so skilled in medicine, but why did he have to rely on others to keep his child. So he compared his own prescriptions with those of others, and found that each time he prescribed a medicine with Scutellaria baicalensis, and his wife was a cold body, so the result was predictable.
