Do women get hemorrhoids?

The prevalence of hemorrhoids is said to be “nine out of ten”. The most common clinical anal disease is hemorrhoids, which occur in a wide range of people, not just men, but also women who love beauty. This means that women who are hygienic are just as likely to get hemorrhoids as men. As hemorrhoids grow in the hidden parts of women, they are too shy to seek medical attention and delay treatment, so they can cause harm to the body. So what are the factors that cause hemorrhoids in women? I believe a lot of female friends are interested in knowing. The following factors are the reasons why women are susceptible to hemorrhoids: a. Women’s special physiological structure, women in the pelvic cavity more than a uterus, can squeeze the rectum, so that the rectum tilted backwards, curvature increased, stool through the slower than men, so easy to cause constipation, thus producing hemorrhoids. During pregnancy, the fetus presses on the rectum, causing the recto-anal venous reflux to become impaired, causing varicose veins and hemorrhoids to form. Three, women can cause local anal hemorrhoid venous reflux obstruction during childbirth, causing hemorrhoids, and even cause the breakage of hemorrhoid veins, leading to thrombotic external hemorrhoids as well as inflammatory external hemorrhoids. The woman’s abdominal cavity is empty after childbirth, making the sense of bowel movement sluggish, often for several days without stool, plus bedridden for a long time, defecation is weak, so that the stool stays in the intestines for too long and becomes highly hard, and when defecating, the anus is easily injured to induce hemorrhoids. Five, women’s menstruation and leucorrhoea and other secretions often stimulate the skin of the anus, and the friction of sanitary napkins during menstruation can cause chronic inflammation, resulting in the proliferation of connective tissue and thus the formation of hemorrhoids. This shows that women have a higher chance of getting hemorrhoids than men, which is caused by the special body structure of women and their unique fertility.
