What should I do if polycystic ovary syndrome causes infertility?

If you experience frequent absence of menstruation or only once in a very long time, which is medically called scanty menstruation, coupled with ultrasound suggesting enlarged ovaries with small follicles over 12 months in a single section, sex hormone check reveals LH/FSH ratio over 2 and high androgen level, then your doctor will tell you that you have switched to polycystic ovary syndrome. Due to the inability to ovulate effectively, you may face menstrual disorders and infertility. Therefore, to control the hormone levels, start with 3-6 months of Dain 35 (birth control pill), and add diphenhydramine for obese women. After that, ovulation promotion treatment is administered. Therefore, the treatment is first retreated and then advanced for better ovarian function. If you don’t want to get pregnant, you can take Dain for a long time. If you have side effects with the medication, you can also use Mafloquine or Ursine. ?
