Minimally invasive lumpectomy is an important milestone in the development of surgery in the 21st century, and minimally invasive surgery in the field of orthopedics, represented by arthroscopy, has achieved rapid development in the past 10 years. The advantages of arthroscopic minimally invasive technology are small surgical trauma, only a meter-long incision is needed to complete the surgery, light postoperative pain and fast recovery; visual observation of lesions, clear diagnosis and simultaneous treatment of multiple joint diseases; short operation time and short hospital stay; and few complications and sequelae. After the rapid development of domestic arthroscopic technology in recent years, it has reached the international level. Arthroscopic surgery scope: 1. Knee arthroscopy: various knee injuries including meniscal injury, anterior and posterior cruciate ligament injury, joint free body removal, and diagnosis and treatment of various chronic joint pain; 2. Shoulder arthroscopy: subacromial impingement syndrome, rotator cuff injury, glenoid labrum injury (Bankart injury, SLAP injury), shoulder joint dislocation, glenohumeral joint free body; 3. Elbow arthroscopy. Elbow joint cleaning, elbow joint free body removal.
