Ringing inside the ears may be caused by foreign bodies in the ear canal, otitis media, and neurogenic tinnitus.

2. Otitis media: Otitis media caused by bacterial and viral infections and Eustachian tubes, resulting in increased dander and pus flow inside the ear, accompanied by tinnitus and ear tightness, may cause ringing in the ear; secretory otitis media with fluid in the tympanic cavity may also cause ringing in the ear.
