White granules next to the tether may be caused by physiological and pathological factors, such as foreskin scale retention, condyloma acuminatum, penile pearly rashes, sebaceous ectasia, eczema and so on. 1. Physiological factors: the excessive length of the patient’s foreskin, resulting in excessive sebaceous gland secretion, gathered in the foreskin and tethered area, gradually forming white particles. Normally, we should pay attention to personal hygiene, often wash with warm water, and take circumcision in serious cases. 2. Acute warts: Because of the symptoms caused by human papillomavirus infection, usually through unclean sex infections. After infection, some of the warts can be manifested as white particles, usually there is no obvious pain and itching sensation, but easy to recur. 3. Sebaceous ectasia: mainly associated with endocrine disorders or trauma, refers to the appearance of white particles in the ligament and glans area, usually no obvious pain, does not have much effect on the body. 4. Penile Pearl Rash: due to the lack of attention to personal hygiene, resulting in local tissue stimulation, white or reddish granules on both sides of the ligament, usually no obvious pain, most do not need special treatment. 5. Eczema: due to excessive local sweat secretion, local granular pimples may appear, followed by white granules next to the tie, partly accompanied by oozing, vesicles, obvious itching sensation and other symptoms.
