The normal value of liver function in patients with hepatitis B is divided into three areas: the first area is bilirubin, total bilirubin is less than 17.1 μmol/L. The second area is transaminase, including glutamic aminotransferase and glutamic oxalacetic aminotransferase, which should be less than 40 U/L. The third area is the level of albumin, which is normally 35-50 g/L. For liver function, if there is a mild abnormality in bilirubin or transaminase, a slightly high level does not indicate abnormal liver function. A slightly high level does not mean that the liver function is abnormal. For patients with hepatitis B, if the liver function is normal, they are hepatitis B carriers and do not need special treatment, and regular outpatient review is sufficient.
