Phlegm-congealed blood stasis syndrome (a syndrome caused by phlegm and evil condensation and stagnation of qi and blood, resulting in poor functioning) is a type of Chinese medicine syndrome commonly seen in laryngeal outpatient and mammary nucleus. It manifests itself in the form of hoarseness over a long period of time, foreign body sensation in the throat, or localized lumps and tingling.
