Can teenagers recover from hair loss?

Whether teenage hair loss can be recovered or not is related to the cause of hair loss, which needs specific analysis. The common type of teenage hair loss is baldness. The causes of baldness are related to academic stress, poor sleep and mental tension, mostly seen in high school and college students, and patients can gradually recover by adjusting their work and rest routine and improving their dietary habits. However, in the case of baldness, it is mostly androgenetic alopecia, which is caused by damage to hair follicles due to high androgen secretion, resulting in symptoms such as hair loss on the top of the head and receding hairline. This kind of hair loss may be caused by genetic factors, and it is usually difficult to recover and requires active treatment to slow down the progress of the disease. Teenagers should usually pay attention to rest, eat a balanced diet, eat more fruits and vegetables, maintain an optimistic attitude, and also pay attention to head care, less hair dyeing, perming, and usually massage the scalp.
