Nine-valent vaccine requirements for girls

Most of the nine-valent vaccines are only given to women, so what are the requirements for girls to get the nine-valent vaccine? How old is the right age to get it?
Nowadays, the incidence of cervical cancer is on the rise, which is a serious threat to women’s health, and the best way to prevent cervical cancer is to receive cervical cancer vaccine. Currently, there are three types of cervical cancer vaccines available in the market: bivalent vaccine, quadrivalent vaccine and nine-valent vaccine, among which the nine-valent vaccine can prevent more types of HPV virus and is more comprehensive, and can prevent cervical cancer by 90%.
The age requirement for the nine-valent vaccine for girls
The best age for vaccination is for women between the ages of 16 and 26. The earlier the nine-valent vaccine is administered, preferably before the first sexual intercourse, the better the preventive effect!
Time requirement for the nine-valent vaccine for girls
The nine-valent vaccine is administered to women under the skin of the upper arm and requires a total of three injections, which are generally required to be completed in accordance with the 0, 2 and 6 month immunization schedule. According to the appropriate age for vaccination of 16-26 years old, the first dose should be given at 26.5 years old at the latest to ensure that 3 doses are completed by 27 years old.
In general, vaccinations are completed within a certain period of time, but for some special reasons, some vaccinees need to postpone the vaccination time, which is also possible, but it is generally recommended that all vaccinations be completed within one year as much as possible. 
Requirement of vaccination sites for girls with the nine-valent vaccine
For the nine-valent vaccine, appointments can be made at immunization stations, community hospitals, specialized gynecological hospitals, and large general hospitals. Patients need to bring their ID cards for registration and will be notified when the vaccine arrives at the hospital.
Contraindications to the nine-valent vaccine for girls
1. those who are allergic to the active ingredients of the vaccine or any of the excipient ingredients are not suitable for vaccination.
2. Those who have used immunoglobulin or blood products within 3 months are not suitable for vaccination.
3. Those who suffer from acute diseases, serious chronic diseases, acute attacks of chronic diseases and fever are not suitable for vaccination.
4. women who are preparing for pregnancy, are pregnant and breastfeeding are not suitable for vaccination
5. subsequent vaccination should be stopped if pregnancy is found after vaccination, and other doses can be continued after delivery
6. Those who have already received other types of HPV vaccines (including two or four HPV vaccines) are not suitable for vaccination; according to the instructions of the nine-valent HPV vaccine, if someone has received three doses of the four-valent HPV vaccine and still wants to receive the nine-valent HPV vaccine, there should be at least a 12-month interval before receiving the vaccination, and the number of doses should be three.
7. People who have received other vaccines (such as the new crown vaccine) within the last half month are not suitable for vaccination.
