Vitiligo symptoms are manifested as white patches on the skin, which may be alone in one location, may appear widely distributed, and are especially prevalent in exposed, friction, and skin folds. 1. Clinical manifestations: patients with vitiligo usually have one or more white patches of varying sizes, and the center of the patches is usually prominent in white, while the surrounding skin is pale white, if there are blood vessels under the skin, the patches may appear slightly pink. The plaques may be round, oval or irregular in shape, with clear borders with the surrounding skin. 2. Developmental process: In the progressive stage of the disease, there will be an expansion of white patches with relatively blurred borders, forming triangular vitiligo, especially after mechanical stimuli, such as pressure, burns, and trauma, which can be secondary to vitiligo. In the stable stage, the white spots stop developing, appear milky white or porcelain white, the border is clear, and the pigmentation of the edge of the damage deepens. If the above symptoms appear, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time, early formal treatment.
