Mycosis fungoides, or vulvovaginal pseudomycosis, treatment mainly consists of eliminating the causative factors and choosing local or systemic antifungal drugs according to the patient’s condition, with local medication as the mainstay.
Vulvovaginal pseudomycosis is a common vulvovaginal inflammation caused by pseudomycosis, which is mainly manifested as vulvovaginal itching, increased vaginal secretion, which is white and thick, curd-like or tofu-dregs-like.
1. Eliminate the triggers: stop using broad-spectrum antibiotics, estrogen and other drugs in time, and actively treat diabetes and other primary diseases. Patients should change underwear, used towels and other household items with boiling water.
2. Medication: local medication can be prescribed by the doctor, commonly used drugs are clotrimazole preparation, miconazole preparation, mycotoxin preparation and so on. Systemic medication, unmarried women and should not be used for local medication, can choose oral drugs such as fluconazole, itraconazole, and so on.
