The efficacy and main treatment of internal scrofula pill and scrofula pill are different, which can not indicate which kind of drug has better therapeutic effect, and the symptomatic use of medicine can get better results.
1. Scrofula Pill is composed of Xia Gu Cao, seaweed, Zhe Bei Mu and other drugs, with the effect of softening and dispersing the hard lumps. It is used for scrofula (mainly refers to neck lymph node tuberculosis), phlegm nucleus (subcutaneous swelling like nucleus nodule) or swelling or pain. The adverse effects and contraindications of the drug are not clear.
2. Scrofula Pill is a representative formula for the treatment of scrofula in “The Heart of Medicine”, which is composed of raw oyster, XuanShen and ZheBeiMu, with the efficacy of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, softening hardness and dispersing knots, and it is effective in treating the diseases caused by liver-deposit and phlegm-phlegm, phlegm-dampness internal aggregation, phlegm and blood stasis and lumps. The adverse effects and contraindications of this drug are not clear.
The above two drugs treat different types of nodules, and one cannot be too absolute about which drug is better.
