Patients with hypertension who experience dizziness on antihypertensive medications must have their blood pressure monitored, such as a 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor, to determine if the dizziness is caused by fluctuations in blood pressure and blood pressure instability as a result of taking antihypertensive medications. All have the effect of relieving dizziness.
