How to treat acne in elementary school

Acne is known as acne vulgaris, and the growth of acne in elementary schools is mainly related to the reproduction of Propionibacterium acnes, abnormal hormone levels, and increased sebum secretion. Patients can be treated through general treatment, topical medication, oral medication and so on.
1. General treatment: Patients should pay attention to skin hygiene, and strictly prohibit squeezing or scratching with hands to prevent triggering or aggravating infection.
2. Topical medication: patients can use adapalene gel and other retinoids, and can also apply benzoyl peroxide gel locally to improve symptoms. Patients with localized infections can use erythromycin ointment, fusidic acid cream and other drugs for treatment.
3. Oral medication: Patients with more serious symptoms can take isotretinoin orally to inhibit the formation of acne, reduce sebum secretion, and also inhibit the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes.
If acne grows in elementary school, parents should take their children to the hospital in time, under the guidance of the doctor to standardize the treatment. The use of medication should follow the doctor’s instructions, do not self-medicate.
