What does a breast ultrasound show about hypoechoic nodules?

Breast ultrasound shows hypoechoic nodules, which are often seen in clinical practice. Usually under ultrasound visualization, hypoechoic nodules can appear due to the lower density and penetration of cystic or aqueous material, and differ if the local nodule is substantial, which locally will show a high-density bright shadow. Patients with cystic nodules in the breast usually show hypoechoic nodules on ultrasound. If the nodule is well-defined, regular in shape, and has no significant peripheral blood flow, it is a grade 1-3 nodule and is usually benign. If the classification level is 4 or above, it may be a malignant tumor and requires timely pathological examination.
