The explosion of headache may be caused by subarachnoid hemorrhage, also seen in tension headache. Patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage usually have an acute onset, patients can suddenly develop severe headache and vomiting, patients can develop signs of meningeal irritation, and cranial CT examination can make a clear diagnosis. Tension headache usually occurs in young adults, mainly in the bilateral occipital region or frontal and temporal regions, and even in some patients, the whole top of the head may be distended and sore, and some patients may have a sensation like an explosion, which can be aggravated in a burst. The main treatment is to give symptomatic treatment, such as psychological treatment, and medication, including acetaminophen, ibuprofen and diclofenac.
