Hematophagus and Blood Stasis Capsules is a proprietary Chinese medicine composed of Chai Hu, Angelica Sinensis, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhodiola Rosea, Peach Kernel, Citrus Aurantium, Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Hyssop, Platycodon Grandiflorus, which is known for its efficacy in activating blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis and in promoting qi circulation to alleviate pain (relieving pain by regulating the human qi). Hematopoietic Capsule is used for chest paralysis (chest pain) caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis (blood stagnation due to the lack of qi), headache over a long period of time, pain like pins and needles with a fixed place, internal heat and boredom, palpitations (rapid heartbeat, often accompanied by panic), insomnia, and impatience and irritability. Adverse effects of Hematopoietic Capsules are not clear, because it contains drugs that activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis (promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis in the body), and is contraindicated in pregnant women. Avoid eating cold and pungent food while taking the medicine. Reflux refers to gastroesophageal reflux, which is not an indication for Hematopoietic Capsules.
