We recommend the horizontal chattering method, which is characterized by maximum removal of plaque close to the gums and in the crevices of the teeth, by choosing a soft-bristled toothbrush. Method: Brush the end of the bristles at an angle of 45 degrees to the tooth – gum surface and press lightly so that part of the bristle end enters the gum sulcus, then make a back and forth horizontal tremor in place 6-8 times, brush the lingual side of the upper and lower front teeth with the toothbrush head up. Finally, do not forget the distal and middle surfaces of the last teeth and the occlusal surface. Make sure to brush twice a day, morning and evening, for 3 minutes each time.
