Formation of a fertilized egg in the right umbrella of the fallopian tube is tubal ectopic pregnancy. Tubal pregnancy is the most common type of ectopic pregnancy, in which the fertilized egg is implanted in the fallopian tube. It is most common in the peritubular region, accounting for 50% to 70% of pregnancies; followed by the isthmus, accounting for 30% to 40%; and least common in the umbilical and mesosalpinx regions, accounting for 1% to 2% of pregnancies. Menopause, abdominal pain, and irregular vaginal bleeding are the main symptoms, and the causes are mainly as follows. 1. Tubal abnormality, chronic tubalitis, appendicitis, pelvic tuberculosis, peritonitis and endometriosis can lead to adhesion around the fallopian tubes, tubal tortuosity and stiffness, resulting in tubal stenosis, partial obstruction or peristaltic abnormality; the pull and compression of pelvic tumors make the tubes become elongated, tortuous, or the lumen of the tubes is partially obstructed and narrowed; thus, the tubal pregnancy occurs when the tubes are deposited in the fallopian tubes. 2. Failure of contraception, the chance of tubal pregnancy increases when contraception fails and conception occurs. The use of low-dose progestin contraceptives, can make the tubal peristalsis abnormal, such as ovulation is not inhibited, can also occur in the fallopian tube pregnancy. 3. Others, such as endocrine abnormalities, mental stress, etc., can also lead to abnormal peristalsis or spasm of the fallopian tube and tubal pregnancy. It is recommended that patients go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant examinations, under the guidance of physicians to clarify the diagnosis and active treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
