This condition must exclude the following diseases: 1. premature atrophy of the corpus luteum due to endocrine disorders. 2. to exclude the possibility of submucosal fibroids in the uterus, ultrasound examination is recommended. 3. to exclude endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids with tissues in the uterine cavity. 4. to exclude the possibility of endometriosis. 5. to exclude the possibility of pelvic tumors. 6. to recommend routine blood and coagulation time tests to exclude early menstruation due to coagulation disorders. The examination of coagulation time is recommended to rule out the possibility of early menstruation due to coagulation dysfunction. Therefore, for one week early menstruation, after clinical examination, treatment must be given.
