Condyloma acuminatum is most often found on the patient’s genitals and perianal area, and in males, it is most often found on the foreskin, the ligament, the coronary groove, the glans, the urethral orifice, the body of the penis, the perianal area, the inside of the rectum, and the scrotum. In women, it is most common in the labia majora and minora, posterior commissure, vestibule, clitoris, cervix, and perianal area. Typical symptoms are papules, papillae, cauliflower or corns of fleshy excrescences with rough keratinized surfaces in moist areas such as the genitals or perianal area. Patients can be treated with the help of lasers and should be examined regularly in the hospital.
