The changes that occur in the breasts during pregnancy include changes in the breast tissue as well as changes in the nipples. Pain symptoms can manifest themselves as both swelling and discomfort in the breast tissue and as nipple pain. The exact location, nature and degree of pain are not exactly the same between individuals. Some women do not experience significant breast and nipple pain after pregnancy. Changes in the nipples and breasts after pregnancy are a normal physiological phenomenon during pregnancy, and one cannot judge whether the pregnancy process is normal based on changes in the breasts and nipples. Some pregnant women feel panic because of the lack of breast changes in early pregnancy, thinking that there may be problems with the development of the gestational sac, which adds to the panic and is detrimental to the development of the fetus. During pregnancy, pregnant women must pay attention to wear loose and comfortable underwear, preferably a special bra for pregnant women, do not squeeze to stimulate the breast, so as not to cause inflammation of the breast tissue.
