How to treat artificial urticaria

  Artificial urticaria is a cutaneous reaction to external physical stimuli in people with sensitive constitutions, mostly in the form of erythema. Patients should also take good care of themselves, do not scratch the itchy areas, pay attention to what kind of items can cause allergies and try to avoid contact, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables every day to avoid constipation and aggravate the symptoms.  Artificial urticaria can heal on its own if it is mild. If the condition is severe, Western medicine or Chinese medicine can be used to treat it, and it is also important to take better care of it.
