Can I conceive if I have a cold during ovulation?

Women who want to have a baby can choose to have intercourse during ovulation because it is only during ovulation that mature follicles are released and pregnancy is possible. If a woman has a cold during ovulation, theoretically it will not affect the union of sperm and egg, but from a eugenic point of view, pregnancy during this period may affect the quality of the fertilized egg, so pregnancy is generally not recommended. During ovulation, estrogen increases dramatically due to changes in hormone levels in the body, so there is a physiological decrease in body resistance and immunity, and a cold may occur. A cold does not have much effect on the discharge of mature follicles and the combination with sperm, so it is possible to conceive during ovulation if you have a cold. However, the quality of the fertilized eggs formed during this period is not very good because of the decrease in the overall body function of the woman during the flu, so from the eugenic point of view, it is important not to get pregnant during ovulation with a cold. You can also take anti-cold medication to treat a cold during ovulation, and you should develop good habits in your daily life, regular work and rest, stress regulation, balanced diet, and moderate exercise, all of which can improve your health and prevent you from catching a cold at the critical moment.
