What causes crooked cervical opening

The most common reason why the uterus is tilted to one side is because of inflammation of the adnexa. For example, when there is inflammation of the uterine ligaments, ovaries and fallopian tubes on one side, the relative elasticity of the tissues on this side will be reduced and the uterus will be tilted to the affected side. The pain is often aggravated during sexual intercourse, after exertion or during menstruation. It is recommended that if this inflammatory reaction occurs clinically, timely anti-inflammatory treatment should be given, but even if the pain disappears after anti-inflammatory treatment, the distortion of the uterine orifice is often not corrected.
