Bivalirudin is mainly used for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee and hip joints. There may be adverse reactions such as diarrhea and liver injury after using the drug. Drug allergy, patients with inflammatory bowel disease, patients with intestinal obstruction or pseudo-intestinal obstruction, pregnant and lactating women are prohibited. Pay attention to the use of the drug after meals to reduce gastrointestinal irritation, and concomitant use with diuretics may result in hypokalemia.
