The precursors of the deterioration of dialysis patients’ condition are generally manifested as neurological disorders, hypotension, cardiac arrhythmia, gastrointestinal bleeding and other symptoms.
1. Neurological disorders: before the deterioration of dialysis patient’s condition, there will be convulsions, epileptic seizures, drowsiness, coma and other situations, and the mental state is very poor.
2. Low blood pressure: dialysis patients will be unable to maintain their blood pressure before their condition deteriorates, and their blood pressure is too low, which makes it impossible to carry out dialysis treatment.
3. Arrhythmia: Before the deterioration of the dialysis patient’s condition, there will be sudden panic, chest tightness and other symptoms, and the ECG monitoring can show that the patient has arrhythmia, such as ventricular tachycardia and so on.
4. Gastrointestinal bleeding: before the deterioration of dialysis patient’s condition, a large amount of bleeding from gastrointestinal tract will appear suddenly, which often manifests as black stools, vomiting blood and so on.
It is recommended that dialysis patients should go to regular hospitals in time if they have the above symptoms and be diagnosed and treated under the guidance of physicians, so as to avoid delaying their condition.
