Regional lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal cancer is potentially curable. Like other malignant tumors, laryngeal cancer is prone to lymph node metastasis. However, it does not mean that if it metastasizes to lymph nodes, laryngeal cancer must be advanced and untreatable. Some patients only have regional lymphatic metastasis without distant metastasis, surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be used to improve the cure rate and survival rate of laryngeal cancer. The treatment outcome of regional lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal cancer is related to the specific condition of patients. Therefore, even with neck lymph node metastasis, laryngeal cancer can still be cured. However, once there is distant metastasis, there is basically no cure possibility at present. When patients have regional lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal cancer, they should go to the hospital in time and receive standardized treatment as early as possible.
