Patients with sudden dizziness, wanting to vomit and cold sweat consider the following causes: 1. The most important clinical concern is acute cerebrovascular disease, for example, because of posterior circulation ischemia, slowing down of blood flow in bilateral vertebral and basilar arteries will affect the blood supply to the patient’s posterior circulation. Poor blood supply to the brainstem and cerebellum can cause stimulation to the vestibular nerve organs and vestibular nuclei, leading to symptoms of vomiting and cold sweats, which require timely diagnosis and treatment. 2. Sudden dizziness, vomiting and cold sweats may also be caused by cervical vertigo, which mostly occurs when the patient has an improper posture and is accompanied by stiffness and pain in the neck. 3. Pay attention to the measurement of body temperature, and consider this cause if the patient is accompanied by sore throat and muscle aches.
