Painless abortion only saves the patient from the pain of intraoperative scraping because of the general anesthesia during the procedure, but the damage to the body is the same as that of a regular abortion. The effects of abortion, especially a history of multiple abortions, may include excessive or excessive menstruation, menstrual disorders, cervical and uterine adhesions, or amenorrhea due to severe damage to the endometrium, and even secondary infertility. The incidence of prenatal hemorrhage, pre-eclampsia, placenta praevia, placental adhesions, placental implantation, and placental abruption during full-term delivery are also higher in women with a history of multiple abortions.
