What can I eat to improve my child’s memory?

There is no such thing as “what to eat to improve memory”. Memory improvement depends on scientific training, good sleep, balanced diet and active exercise.
1. Scientific training: Practice makes perfect, and so does memory. When the brain has established enough connections, learning new things will be twice as efficient.
2. Good sleep: Getting enough sleep every night helps to recharge the brain, which makes it easier to learn, while quality sleep improves mood and makes it easier to concentrate.
3. Balanced diet: the brain’s nutritional needs are all-encompassing, and there is no one specific food that can greatly enhance memory. Therefore, it is important to eat a varied diet in order to help improve memory from the nutritional aspect.
4. Active exercise: Exercise makes people happy and energized. This is a good foundation for the brain to function.
